At CheerPro Training, we are committed to providing high-quality instruction and excellence in every aspect of our organization. As a faith-based training facility, we strive to honor God by serving every athlete and family with integrity, purpose, and genuine care.
Our athletes are trained by some of the area's most respected and sought-after coaches. Because we do not operate all-star teams, 100% of our time, resources, and attention are dedicated to your athlete and your family—both on the training floor and behind the scenes.
We are known for our hands-on coaching style, fast-paced classes, and purposeful instruction. Rather than simply spotting skills or giving generic corrections, we teach athletes how to make the necessary changes through proper technique, body awareness, and understanding the "why" behind each correction. We believe this creates lasting confidence, stronger fundamentals, and faster progress.

- "Squeeze your legs."
Those corrections aren't wrong—but many athletes don't understand how to make those changes.

We don't just tell athletes what to fix—we teach them how to fix it.
Using hands-on instruction, purposeful drills, and detailed technique training, our coaches help athletes feel the correct body positions by guiding proper core engagement, arm placement, body alignment, and timing. This creates the muscle memory needed for lasting improvement.
Just as importantly, we teach athletes why each technique matters. When athletes understand the purpose behind a correction, they become more confident, consistent, and successful.
